This is a beautiful family resort in the magic landscape of Jeseníky mountains whose old website could not keep up with graphic as well as technical quality requirements. The new website’s objective is to modernize the on-line service offer while making it easy to use and enabling the resort’s management to be fully in charge of doing the website administrative work.
Due to the wide range of the resort’s accommodation offer and other services, we chose a concept of one corporate website of the resort integrating microsites of four hotels.
We made the website’s navigation easier while carefully integrating individual subsections into the main navigation. We opted for a combination of horizontal and vertical menu on the desktop and the so-called hamburger menu for mobile devices or monitors with low resolution.
Due to clients‘ growing popularity of visiting websites via mobile devices, we diligently created a specific responsive web design so that the clients can make direct reservations in the easiest way possible.
As in all our projects, we used CMS zoom-driver as a tool to enable individual hotels to be fully in charge of the website’s administration, which includes editing of the entire web content as well as the introductory video presentation that is displayed only on desktop devices.
A fully integrated e-shop was set up to sell gift vouchers. There are value vouchers as well as experience vouchers – specific dedication can be added to both types. The client will receive their voucher directly to their email box immediately after a payment has been made by card.
