What else do we require and you should know? :
- 12-20 working hours per week
- good knowledge of programming in PHP
- good knowledge of SQL (MySQL)
- good knowledge of HTML, xHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- analytical thinking
- reliability and independence
And if you know even this, it will be your big advantage (but it is not a prerequisite):
- knowledge of creating responsive design
- good knowledge of graphic programmes (Photoshop or GIMP)
- respecting of HTML standards and regulations
